Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a means of communication between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. It is a natural state of mind experienced as trance.
An individual or a group can be hypnotized by a hypnotist. An individual can be taught to hypnotize him/herself (self-hypnosis).
Hypnosis is a safe and effective way to bring about major change in an individual. It can increase creativity, enhance athletic performance, raise self confidence, induce relaxation, reduce physical discomfort, control/change habits, improve memory and learning, explore past lives, and much more.
In a hypnosis session, the individual is in total control. The client is interviewed and the behavior in need of change is discussed. After creating goals and objectives, the client is guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis, and positive suggestions are given to create positive change. The client emerges alert and refreshed.
Self-hypnosis/affirmations are taught so daily practice can be done at home between sessions. With commitment to the process on the part of the client, hypnosis techniques produce lasting results in a short amount of time.
Self-hypnosis is an important part of the Inner-Soul Coaching process. It establishes personal responsibility and commitment to change and and reaching set goals.
