An Introduction to Spiritual Numerology
Part 1: "What is Numerology?"
This workshop explores the basic concepts of Numerology. Numerology is an excellent tool for self-understanding, reflecting your soul’s purpose and potential in this lifetime. It leads you to understand why you are here and encourages personal and spiritual growth and healing. In this first workshop, a basic understanding of the meaning of the 1 through 9 cycle is discussed as well as the main lesson you are here to learn, as identified in your life path number. The current year energy will also be explored.
Part 2: "What's in a name?"
Numerology is an excellent tool for self-understanding, reflecting your soul’s purpose and potential in this lifetime. It leads you to understand why you are here and encourages personal and spiritual growth and healing. In the first workshop, a basic understanding of the meaning of the 1 through 9 cycle as well as the main lesson you are here to learn, as identified in your life path number, was discovered. The current year energy was also introduced. In this workshop, we will pick up where the first left off. The meaning of the numbers 1-9, as they connect with the letters of the alphabet, will be discussed . We will find meaning in the names of ordinary items around us, as well as the energetic potential in our names. There will be a brief review of the number meanings and their corresponding letters, so the workshops do not need to be done sequentially.

YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice known as “yoga sleep”. It is gaining popularity in Western culture as a method for deep relaxation, helping with stress related issues such as anxiety, hypertension, depression, insomnia, asthma, and digestive disorders. Its goal is to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. During Yoga Nidra, the body is systematically and methodically relaxed by directing the attention from the physical level of being through each more subtle level, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, and subconscious needs.
In this class, techniques such as setting an intention, body scanning, breath practice, and guided imagery will be used during the 50 minute Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra begins with quieting the conscious “monkey-mind” and, eventually, leads to a deeper, slower Delta brain wave state of consciousness. Even a novice practitioner will benefit from Yoga Nidra, leaving class with a deep sense of relaxation. Over time, with consistent practice, the student of Yoga Nidra will benefit from deeper levels of subconscious release.

An Introduction to Past Life Exploration

In this workshop, you will be guided through a journey to past-lives. You will learn about 1) five methods for exploring past life memories, 2) the role of the subconscious, and 3) how to access the state of consciousness required for past life exploration. After practical learning and application, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation. You will remain mentally alert and in control throughout the process, being able to stop or continue at will. You may see, hear, or sense/feel in your gut what is happening. Everyone has a different way of “knowing”; there is no right or wrong way. You will emerge relaxed and more aware, integrating your experience into this lifetime. The methods learned in this workshop will help you continue your exploration on your own as well.
